For Collectors:

- Location data (only when using the map feature)
- Pickup history and earnings (visible to you at all times)
- Ratings and reviews from donors
- Payment information (encrypted and processed by our payment partner)
For Donors:
- Name, email, and phone number
- Pickup address (visible only to matched collectors)
- Donation history and impact metrics
How We Use Your Information
- To operate the platform: Matching collectors with donors, processing payments
- For safety: Verifying users, investigating reported issues
- To improve service: Analyzing aggregate usage patterns (never individual data)
- For support: Responding to your inquiries and resolving issues
What We DON'T Do
- ❌ We never sell your data to third parties
- ❌ We never share your information with advertisers
- ❌ We never track you across other websites or apps

Data Sharing

- With matched users: Collectors see donor pickup addresses; donors see collector names and ratings

- Access: Download all your data anytime through the app
- Correction: Update your information in your profile settings
- Deletion: Request account deletion (processed within 30 days)
- Opt-out: Control what communications you receive

Location Data
Location tracking is essential for our service, but we respect your privacy:
- Location is collected only when you're using the map feature
- You can disable location access in your phone settings anytime
- We don't track your location in the background
- Historical location data is automatically deleted after 90 days

FLIP is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information
